Annual General Meeting and Elections for the year 2018 shall inshallah be held on Tuesday 6th February 2018 between 6 -10 PM at the Fendalton Community Hall.
We are trying to coincide the Executive Committee elections with financial year closing in a manner that transition is carried out by 31 March every year. All are urged to please send in their own OR any other recommendation / Nominations for the EC positions (the president, two vice presidents (male and a female), general secretary, treasurer, and three executive members). We are expecting your enthusiastic involvement and please also bear in mind that most EC members cannot continue as per constitution. The existing managing committee has reached its tenure as per constitution and it is time to handover the management to new and fresher group of members to bring in diversity and new spirit.
It is time for the Elections 2018. PACNZ would like to invite all registered community members to take part in upcoming PACNZ elections and contribute towards the betterment of this community. Election will be conduct for seven positions in the PACNZ executive council (the president, two vice presidents (male and a female), general secretary, treasurer, and two executive members). All registered members are eligible, but please ensure that you have paid your annual membership fee for which an email was sent out earlier. Nomination form is attached. Please reply to this email with the signed form or hand deliver it to any of the PACNZ Committee members. PACNZ Election will be held as part of Annual General Meeting.
